I worked for the same pizza hut for 12 years, during my last 6 months of employment when I didn't understand something I would go to the assistant manager
and she would accuse me of arguing. I would try to explain to her that I wasn't arguing and that I simply didn't understand then she would say i was complaining and write me up for it, I felt she was only looking for a excuse to fire me.
It has been two months since I was wrongfully terminated and I still have not found a job, I recently found out that the assistant manager has been giving negative feed back & voluntarily admitting she would never hire me back.
I truely feel this is why I am having a difficult time finding work. I was clearly & wrongfully terminated and now Iam getting false feed back. It is not right what she is doing to me.
