On July 15 I ordered breakfast at Towson Diner. I complained to the waitress about my omelette that was dry, flat, and overcooked. The waitress said that the manager would not remove the omelette from the final bill but I would still have to pay for this dissatisfying omelette that I did not eat.
The owner, Sam Kourtsonis came my table and said loudly, "What do you want me to do lady!" "What is an omelette supposed to look like?" "You just do not want to pay because you ordered so much food!" He then threw his hand up at me in an offensive motion and walked away while I was still speaking.
I payed for the entire meal ($47.15) and left the restaurant...
