Slow, wrong food

I recently went to burger king in Mansfield ohio and I wasin line along with around 7 other people then 4 left because they where very slow I belive I waited like 10 minutes before I even ordered then I ordered a large oreo milkshake I got a broken straw a small milk shake and it was chocolate and no whip cream!!! They took foreve
