Contacted Flight Finance Loan and Tax of Augusta, Ga after getting an unsolicited letter from them in the mail saying they had the loan I need. I called and asked to speak to Matt Wolfe the manager there and I told him I got his letter and was ready to get a loan, he told me to hold on and the next thing I know a very rude and ignorant woman picked up the phone and asked me my name, and asked random questions for the application process.
The woman told me to call back in one hour to check on status of loan so I called back in about 2 hours to not rush them and she said they were very busy and they will call me back. I did not hear from them for about 5 hours so I called back and talked to Matt Wolfe who then said he could not help me with a loan. I asked why cant you help me and he gave me a reason that did not make sense, and I asked why he did not call me back to let me know and he said "We have been very busy... Do you hear how the phones are ringing in the back". I told him that is not my problem and we exchanged a few words and he hung up the phone on me.
I called back and told him I did not appreciate him hanging up on me and he then started shouting I lied on the application, which is not true because I answered the questions asked by the rude ignore whore who was asking them and new that they can pull the credit report to see what they needed to. This manager Matt Wolfe is a very racist and rude primadanna, spoon fed type of chap who is not out for the consumer, but thinks the consumer owes him something. Stay clear of the Georgia loan company Flight Finance Loan and Tax and if you have any problems with them contact the Georgia Industrial Loan Company as I am in the process of doing now... They will be dealt with accordingly.
