It was interesting to find so many other with the same complaints as my self i was with a company called conseco which sold my mortgage to emc i never had a problem with them till emc came in to the picture
i would send out my statements on time on line and they wouuld receive it 17 days later no matter when i would send it out then i started western union it and it still would not get there on time with them taking so long to cash the checks one month a check bounced i have sent them 4 payments since then a still haven't caught up
then they called my 70 year old father who is on the loan and told him he may lose his home which is paid off in full for a 18000 home improvement loan which they decided to be a second mortgage but he doesn't have a first?
Go figure?
I don't think i will let it go as far as some has on monday I will start looking to refinance i'll deal with some one else
