Balboa Capital Corporation are a gang of loan shark thieves that prey on small business owners. I went to BCC to provide lease funding on equipment used in our business. It was a nightmare and I hope posting this will prevent other small businesses to get ripped off. Their sales staff misrepresent terms, lie consistently and are not to be trusted. Do not do business with balboa capital. They love to litigate and play the heavy... And, despite any lip service, they will not settle on any terms.
