POS Roampay Kept debting bank account after I closed Merchant Services Account

I contact Flagship Merchant Services (FMS) to cancel my account. I was being charged $24.99/month and did not use the service for over 3 months. My customer service representative talked me in to a $5.00 a month charge to keep it active.

FMS billed over $7.00 a month and not $5.00. I sent my customer contact an email telling him to cancel account. He replied he would. He did not. Then I got a $24.99 charge to account because of some "out of compliance" charge because I did not have an active account. I read all the paperwork and there is nothing that states such. I did not have enough in the PNC bank account so it bounced.

Long story short, PNC bank ended up charging me over $150 in NSF charges because of the delay in process and the refunds, which FMS/Wells Fargo denied, and charged me another $7.00. I had to contact FMS three times to get the account closed. Biggest mistake I have ever made operating my small business. The entire time I had FMS and used Roampay I made three credit card transactions. They charged me a fee for processing, a monthly fee from Roampay for processing, and monthly fee for account processing.

All three credit card transactions totaled less than $10, I paid FMS and PNC bank over $350. Steer clear of this company and PNC bank!
