Order what i thought was going to be valuable coins for 109.00 and got a bag of pennies and will not refund me

I order what i thought was a bag of valueable coins for my children to collect and was sent a bag of pennies. I contacted the company and was told once you open the bag you no longer can return i asked them how would i know what i bought if i did not look at what was in bag this is such a scam
