3 months ago, I got a call from Grant Seeker Pro. I thought it sounded like a good idea since I am the CEO of a new Non Profit, and grants are always a good way to grow non profits. I was told that by signing up with a 1 time fee - I would have access to different grants, and be educated on different ways to achieving those grants.
3 months later, I look at my statement & I have been charged $39.95 each month. I specifically asked the individual on the phone if I would be charged only once, and yes was his response.
When I called up the company, I spoke with manager Michael Davis, who told me he would cancel my membership & send me the voice recording of my conversation. After asking Michael additional questions, he got very rude & hung up on me.
I would advise anyone thinking about dealing with this company - TO NOT!
The manager of the company, is as disgusting as the company itself. To take money from a NON PROFIT, when the original intention was to HELP us, is terrible.
I refuse to let this issue go until I receive a refund for the last 3 months. The reason why this company is able to do this, is because no one has stopped them - and I refuse to let this happen.
