I received both a First National Credit and Peoples Credit First "acceptance certificates". (Peoples Credit First is out of Tampa, FL and First National Credit is from California.) They looked so similar in form it was scary. Both promise high $ value "gold" or "platinum" cards. They give no terms or conditions and ask only for "processing" fees. Are these people kidding. If no terms or conditions are necessary then no "processing" fees are either. If either of these companies wants to send me details regarding these offers I would be glad to forward them to the proper authorities.
