There are a mega amount of frauds, schemes and scams online and via email. The latest from the mortgage industry is the philanthropic scams known as NHE Certification Scams. The National Housing Endowment International Builders Scholarship provides monetary support to NAHB Student Chapter members to help offset travel expenses related to attendance and participation in activities surrounding the annual International Builders Show.
