I fell for it - sent in my $39 thinking I was getting a Capital One Card with a $5000 limit. A month later when I received their "package", I immediately wrote to the company in Florida (11/16/01), including their "card", requesting my refund and haven't heard a thing.
Is there a President of the Company I can write to? How do I go about turning this lemon into lemonade - $???
