Ordered over $36,000 in gold coins in Nov. Gold coins were NEVER delievered. Many phone calls. Then AURUM emailed reported they had delivery problems and they were working throughthem. Then as a way to appease customers and ease delivery problems, in May they sent an email offering refund for orders not fulfilled.
No refund EVER came. Now (August), when you call hte phone number listed, the receptionist states no one has been in the office for three months. When does a theft af $36,000 no longer a big deal? This impact peopls lives.
