They try to rip you off. You can try to get your own credit card with out paying someone $250. All they send you is a form to get the card, you can get them forms from anywhere. I was to get a mastercard with $2500 credit limit and was only suppose to take 25 business days. Then when you call back it is not the same story that was told to you when they first talked to you.
