Capitol credit consumer credit attempted rip off

I would like to thank whoever installed this site if I wasn't attempting to find the phone # for capitol one consumer credit I would not have found this site and I may have sent them 39.00 which my family needs. Ithought it looked to good to be true. Iwould like to know their phone # so I could give them a piece of my mind. I would also would like to know how the authorities let them scam people? Please respond to this question next time there may not be a sight such as this. What do I look for to Know I, m being scamed other than no phone #? Thank you
