A Gold-Coast entrepreneur stated today that the Victoria home was offered for $2.05 trillion to protect a $400,000 mortgage produced by his organization half a year earlier.

Paul James Scanlon, 35, informed a National Judge liquidatoris evaluation that this year his company Worldwide Opportunities decided to mortgage $1million to some Victoria organization, MPM Capital.

On March 29 MPM received down $250,000 in the mortgage after which an additional $150,000.

Mr Scanlon advised attorney Stephen Mansour, showing with respect to the liquidator of MPM, that with institution costs, curiosity and standard funds the total amount outstanding was $691,000 by April 7.

Mr Scanlon said he thought he was launched to MPM by another Queensland organization named Auswise with standard fees, appropriate fees, curiosity along with other costs the total amount owed had developed by to $1.95 trillion in 6 months.

In July the mortgage service was ended, Mr Scanlon stated, along with a home in Queens Pde, Clifton Hill possessed by MPM was offered and resolved in December exactly the same year just for over $2 trillion.

Mr Scanlon advised the courtroom that worldwide Opportunities was available of credit income.

Mr Mansour stated based on files created towards the courtroom by Mr Scanlon $250,000 of the profits of the home purchase visited a named Monte Cristo Holdings through the HSBC bank in Singapore.

"it seems this way," Mr Scanlon said.

Mr Mansour asked Mr Scanlon why he aimed $250,000 to Monte Cristo and he described it had been "business transactions between companies".

Mr Mansour stated that the files confirmed an additional $1.1 trillion visited a Gold-Coast organization, Bell Authorized, but Mr Scanlon stated he couldn't recall why Worldwide compensated within the cash.

"Are you really stating you-can't remember why you advanced $1.1 trillion," Mr Mansour said.

"I have no idea. It had been a couple of years before," Mr Scanlon responded. "It'd have already been recorded at that time."

Mr Scanlon refused he was a representative of Monte Cristo and stated he couldn't identify anybody linked to the organization.

Mr Mansour asked if he'd any communications, possibly spoken or written down, with Monte Cristo and Mr Scanlon responded: "I would have'.

"Who?' Mr Mansour requested and Mr Scanlon replied: "I don't know.'

Mr Scanlon stated Worldwide Opportunities was available of financing cash and he refused that it'd been renamed Leading Bank.

The entrepreneur said he was associated with a business named Primary BNK, authorized in Bundall, Qld but "it isn't doing really much".

Mr Mansour asked if International Opportunities had stuck tax statements and he replied "indeed, to my knowledge” and he when requested if Prime BNK had stuck tax statements he responded: "I'd anticipate therefore, yes".

Federal Court registrar David Pringle, resting in Victoria, created purchases that Mr Scanlon create bank statements describing the different monetary dealings and an e-mails or communication between Worldwide and Monte Cristo and Worldwide and Bell Authorized.

The liquidator’s evaluation was finished and also the situation is likely to go back to courtroom in a later day.
