This company has loans that have sat there for monhts with no one working on them and then they tell the customer it is the lenders fault. Do not believe this they lie like you would not believe. The operations manager calls lenders on the phone once they have been threatened with a law suit from the customer and tells the lender she will be fired if this does not get done today. Which is a total lie, if she would have done her job and worked on the file when she was suppose to there must likely would not have been a problem.
They have a person who is suppose to send out applications to the customer, she tells the loan officer she has done this and does not send for another day or 2, which causes the customer more time waiting for this loan.
They have very poor business practices and i would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
