When I called this company I was told that this was a credit card company so thats why I called, when the person by the name of Danille Blanco called me to give me all the info about this card she did ask if I have good or bad credit. Which I was very honest with her and told her that I don't have good credit at all. So she said thats ok. So she did ask me for all my info SSN. Dob. And ect. Which I did provide her with that. While waiting to see if I was approved I was told all the terms about the card from her and how I can go to any ATM and any department store or just basically anywhere and use this card. Well she then put me on hold came back and said that I was approved for either $3,000 or $7,500 and that there is 0% APR for a whole year. And that if I was in good hands with them for 6 months that my credit line for September of 05' at $10,000 dollars. So this was all a lie and a big ripoff.
She said ok you have been approved and which ever card you choose today I will let you know how much you have to have a money order for. I went ahead and told her I would like the one for $7,500 dollars so she then said that I have to have a money order ready on 9/01 for the amount of $399.00 dollars. Well I did and they supposably went to my house and left a door tag which. My husband was home the whole day and nothing was ever left on my door and they never knocked on the door either. Well my whole point here is if you can please investagate this Company and I would like my money back. Which I am being told by them that I can't get it at all. Of course when you get this card is not even activated you have to send in a form so that it can get activated which she also told me that it does come activated also.
So I did fill out the fax form to activate because once again she had read all the terms about this card over the phone to me so thats why I faxed the form thinking I can get my kids school clothes and also my rent paid. Which seriuosly that was my rent money I used to get this card. And it was all a lie to rip me off and my mother and her friend. Please investagate and I would like to get my money back in full. Please. I would greatly appreciate it from you all.
