Signed up with first data over the internet all seemed well until stated getting bills higher than were told. After 6 months decided was not worth the cost for how much it was used. Sent back the equipment and called to cancel and was told we could not cancel that we had signed a 4 year lease! I never signed anything! Poor customer service hard to deal with. Still getting bills saying we owe the balance of 3.4 years left which is like $1200 dollars. Looks like we won't pay nor feel like we have to. Not sure what to do once and if it goes to collections. Asked them to fax me papers where i signed an agreement, they have yet to produce anything. So not do business with this company. I figured it was legit because it was through Sam's Club, it's NOT!
