Failed to supply card

I would like to report that premium savings has withdrew $299.50 out of my account i was told that once i authorized this transaction i would receive a credit card with a $2500.00 credit limit, well its been a month since they took the money out of my account and i still havnt gotten a card.

I called and ask to speak to a supervisor and was told that one would contact me between 5 and 7 P.M. On 8-25 after business hours well no one called i also ask for tracking info and was told there was no tracking info
