Hi my name is latoya over a month and a half ago i receive a letter stating i was approve for a platinum credit card with 0% interest so it caught my eye and it tempt me to fill out the form
They had and it said to rush process and receive your card send in $49 dollars so i send in my money haven't heard anything or received anything from that company yet.
I went on the internet and look up the company and filed a complaint to them and the bbb
I also tried to call them and can't seem to get thru to a rep or operator, they said that you have to have the card first in order to talk to the customer svc rep.
So i tried every step that i can to try and see how i can get my money back.
I really don't have time to waste money hard earn money at that so i just want to see how i can get my refund.
