Ripoff Unauthorized debit transaction

My story appears to be the same as everyone else's. Unauthorized debit card transaction for 79.95.

They appeared to be charging my debit card (I am the only authorized user) for my spouse's credit report.
However, my spouse has his own debit card for the same checking account!!! He has NEVER used my card!!!
