Holiday Group LLC continued to deduct $90 twice a month from my personal bank account, long after the Missouri statutory cap of the loan had been paid off. They will not offer a refund, as they say that I owed the money no matter what because when I signed the contract I forfeited Missouri laws.
This is not true. All lenders who lend to consumers in the State of Missouri must be licensed and must follow Missouri law, regardless of where the lender is located. I am due a substantial refund as I grossly overpaid for a $300 payday loan—to the tune of $1,170.
In communicating with them they say to have my lawyer contact "Andrew." I shouldn't have to get a lawyer, they should be forced to return the overpayment without me having to pay for an attorney.
