AT&T Universal Card is not honoring the promise of their Customer Service Rep, Raimse made 9/03 that $79.12 of late and finance charges were to be removed from my account. I continued to call thereafter and write letters. According to Mrs. Webb, head supervisor of all Citi subsidiaries there is nothing I can do and to stop calling. I am going to contact the Comptroller of the Currency, Customer Assistance Group, 1301 McKinney St., Suite 3450, Houston TX 77010-9050 for some assistance. I would appreciate any assistance anyone else can offer me. Thank you.
