Unfortunately, when I went to do the research on this company, it had been too late. I had already activated the cards. As I am writing this, I am on the phone right now, waiting to cancel my cards. First of all, this company cannot even afford to put the people in seperate places. There loud noises of people talking in the background. I find this very unprofessional.
I understand that a company has the phone people to assist in customer needs, but I have tried to cancel this card, and I was given a run around for about 30 minutes. Finally, the supervisor answered the phone, he still tried to convince me to keep the cards, offering many different vouchers just so I wouldn't cancel.
I am sitting here listening to someone talk in my ear as to why I should keep the cards. It has been 40 minutes since I have originally spoke with a representative, and still, I have not gotten to the point where they are canceled. I have been offered to have the debit date changed, or even charge the membership fee to the cards.
As I just went through that whole long process to cancel my cards, they finally obliged. Lets just hope they truly canceled them, and I will not be charged for anything!
