I am like everyone else who has reported this. To usacomplaints.com i have taken this sites advise and haven it to the exstreme i have contacted FTC, FBI, AND THE NEW JERSEY ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE plus i have mailed them a letter stating that i have a investigation against them.
This is a fraud. The person who initially contacted my was stephanie jones. I have several other phone calls to this comany requesting to speak with a supervisor (but it seems everyone is a supervisor). I'm hoping that this will get my money back and hopefully this will get your money back also.
I have notified my bank which is washington mutual and on saturday i will complete the paperwork at the branch to have the money reversed (the bank says i will know the results within 12 business days). If anyone else wants to attempt to take legal action on this feel free to email me @ (address removed by usacomplaints.com)
I am now looking for a lawyer and would love to have more people to sign a affidavit against this company.
