I am submitting this on behalf of my 84 year old mother. Last year she was the victim of a fraud ring out of Arizona known as Global Fortune Network. They were an internet marketing group selling on line business opportunities. They were raided by the Arizona Electronic Task Force back in December and 17 arrests were made. This task force was a partnership between the Secret Service and the Scottsdale Police dept.

My mother lost close to $12,000 that was charged to her Chase Visa credit card. We have contacted Chase and many government agencies concerning this matter. From what I understand there were thousands of victims and millions of dollars stolen by Global Fortune Network. The gentleman responsible for coning my Mother is Hadley L Starkey.
