Uwcs i am a 73 yr old grandmother on social security. I was sent a letter stating i wd receive a credit card if i sent $37 dollars, which is a lot for me, this came out of my grocery money

They sent letter saying if i paid 37 dollars i wd receive a credit card. I am 73 yrs old on social security and this money came out of my grocery money. I wanted to borrow $500 to take a trip with my daughters.
