Consumer credit card for TJ Max never recieved a bill now they are charging us with interest for being late Internet

My wife acquired credit from a TJ Max outlet store, she bought a few items (approx. 100.00) while in the store they issued an account number and told her she would receive the card and the bill in the mail. We never received anything. Approximately 5 months later we received a letter from a legal firm stating her account was past due and had accrued $71.00This bank should be shut down compleatly for illegal finance practices.in interest.
