Our mortgage was transferred to Ocwen. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. Our old mortgage company was paying or taxes. Ocwen decided they were not going to continue this, which put us behind. I filed for a modification recently and I have received a denial notice saying that I did not provide all information needed. I DID.
I filed another modification and have heard nothing. I call and get a service center in India. You cant understand a word they are saying. I just have this bad feeling that our taxes are going to go against the house and the borough will foreclose. What do I do as I cant speak to an American with this company.
