They not only did not post my listing but also refused to answer my emails and refund my $250 that went to absolutely nothing

Terrible. They got my cash for yearly costs and after recognizing that I had been lacking one essential record in order to publish my record, they not just didn't publish my listing but additionally declined to reply my emails and return my $250 that visited practically nothing.
