First national card cca ripoffs got their moeny even though I put stop payment at the bank in time!

I signed up for the card and then changed my mind and called them to cancel the program. I also put a stop payment on the EFT at my bank. Once they received the stop payment they in turn resubmited the Eft differently and it went through the bank and when I called the supervisor she was very rude and said that's the way it is.
