Sears Credit Card Consideration was shut with balance owed. Though I proceed to create funds each month... Citicard proceed to permit Sears AccountCare to bill each month against a shut consideration, hence creating me togo within the restriction. Consideration Treatment understands this is just a shut consideration but still proceed to statement to consideration also it being approved by Citicard.
