Titan financial promised if i would pay 299 they would send me a $2400 credit line mastercard and that i could pay myself back by taking a cash advance from the card. This was on 5/07 and as soon as i got off the phone with them i called the 18004101682 number to see if it was ligit and it was now i call the number and i get a hang up sound. Now i am concerned.
