Beware of cmp commercial.
We were contacted by Steve Morse on a Loan request for a Mall in Houston. He said eveerything that we wanted to hear. Offered great pricing and fair fees. Once the client sent in his commitment/processing fee things started to change.
First of all i dont think he has a processor or anyone else in the company.
After the commitment fee was received he change the fees and conditions.
He never supplied the requested fee agreement and has not paid us.
He has blocked my calls and will not return emails. He is gone and will never apy us. I know we arent the first and i hope we are the last victim to his scam.
Funny thing is he could have taken us for so much more if would have waited. But being the CON he is he took what he could get and ran.
He is running but he cant hide.
