Card Rip Off - Still Waiting - Sent Money - Got Nothing

I sent in my application for this credit card on on November 28th of this year.

The check cleared my bank on December 5 and I have stil not received the card. I even sent in extra for rush delivery and have not gotten a thing.

After this I do not want it anyway. I just want my money back.
