Ripoff i also sent my 23.90 and never recieved anything looked for contact info and there is none

I sent them 23.90. Noticed nothing came so i went back to look for contact info in the packet. Only to find out the only contact info that i had i sent to them. There is no # no e-mail address and no address. Ive just been through a realy hard time this past year i have two kids and one on the way, that money could bought them a meal.
