On Friday September 30th we visited Buca di Beppo Maple Grove, since we truly enjoy Buca food, the final 2 times we have there been the support really was bad. We have there been per month before we did not such as the support but we went back since we such as the food, but this time around we'd really a terrible experience. We got there, we waited like 20 minutes untill they ultimately lay us, we nevertheless waited about 20 minutes untill the host ultimately arrived, then we requested our beverages, then we waited nearly like another 20 units to obtain our drinks we put our purchase, directly after we got our food my boy requested a youngster Chicken Parm. And he did not enjoy it so he chose to obtain a Mac & Cheese alternatively we informed our host immediately, she informed us that she would purchase that for all of US and not introduced it out, we waited and waited my boy was sobbing since he was starving and was alone without any food. Another host strolled by and we informed her we had a need to talk to using the maneger. A high guy called Jesse arrived having a truly POWERFUL speech and we described our scenario he informed us the home really was hectic which he'd take it to us and he never returned both. Lastly our host returned and introduced our statement we paid whenever we were departing we noticed Jesse within the hall fighting and shouting to some host called A.J. I believe. What type of a maneger would you men have tha was unprofessional. We truly enjoy the meals however the support was terrible, we-don't need something at no cost from you folks. I simply wish to inform you what type of bad service-we received.
