Well i had just turned 18 and i got the call from a credit card agency. I was told that i could build up my creidit throught there services. The deal was great and too hard to refuse i was 18 so therefore i wanted to have good credit. I sent the 200 dollars and a month later i got a stupid catolog and a card that did not work at all. It would only work for there catolog.
I was told that I was going to get a credit card but instead i got a scam card. I did not know about thins i called and told them and they say that there was nothing they could do. Concluding that they kept billing me for their services i had to close my bank account because they would not help me. Now I owe money to my old bank and i have not paid it, so now i have even lower credit. I did not know they were a scam until today when i was curios about them and i first had acess to the internet i looked them up and i read the article about them so i deciede to do something about it.
Employees at Preferred Merchants have no pity towards anyone so be careful. They will continue to do things like this if we dont do something about it.
