I am having debt issues, who doesn't, unless you are a hedge fund manager...
So i read up on legal debt collection practices. They are not supposed to call you before 09:00 AM.
This morning at 08:45 i get a call from DCI.
The conversation goes something like this:
ME: hi, please don't call here before 09:00 AM, that is the law.
DCI: Don't tell me how to do my job
ME: am just saying that there is a law concerning these practices and you should abide it
DCI: maybe you should change your phone number
and so forth. The rudeness and lack of any human empathy is just incredible. I am sure there are hundreds of much worse experiences than mine, but i just wanted all of you to know what kind of scum you're dealing with.
