Ripoff Don't let these frauds get away with this, let's do anything we can to make sure it doesn't happen to more people!

Ok I guess I'm the newest member of the ripoffs. Sit tight for this story.

A little before Christmas time I got a call and the company was offering an unsecured credit card for a one time fee of $187. Sounds fimiliar huh? Well they sucked my checking account number out of me and I stupidly didn't get eny info from them. They told me they would mail me info and I would have the ability to cancel it at anytime.

So when I didn't recieve anything in the mail I pulled the money out of my account and figured i'd take the hit on the bounced check, learn my lesson and that was that. They charged, the check bounced, I paid the fee and this was on January 9th. I figured this was over with.

I get a letter in the mail from my bank on March 9th. A check had been processed for $187 and even though there was only $185 in my account they let the check clear. So when I got the letter I couldn't figure out for the life of me what it was from.

When I called the bank and I asked who the check was drawn to and they said "Prime One Benefits" it all dawned on me. They were they company trying to scam me before and succeeded this time two months later. So he froze my account and I filed a complaint and affadavit form. This is March 17th.

So while the bank did their work trying to get my money back I figured i'd do some investigating of my own. When I did a search on yahoo.com under "Prime One Benefits" the first site that popped up was usacomplaints.com and there was 316 complaints of scams from this same company all across the US.

I found a number for "Prime One Benefits" on someones post and called. I got a peachy woman (sarcasm) named Maxenne. I asked her why they charged me twice when I didn't authorize either one. She told me it must've been a computer glitch but never offered to refund my money. When I confronted her about all the reports online about her company being a scam she got very defensive. She claimed she could find anything out about me and she's sure it's not good. Made me laugh. When I asked sweet Maxenne to speak to one of her supervisors she told me none were available. I jokingly asked were they all at lunch? She said no they're here but not available. Again made me laugh. So I asked sweet Maxenne how she felt about working for frauds knowing she's being paid by people who have been ripped off and she exploded LOL. Then I remember hearing a dial tone.

Anyways I'm hoping my bank will get my money back I have to go in on Friday, March 19th to find out. But I really hope this company gets sued and I'd love to become a part of a class action suit or any other way to stick it to these scumbags. Let me know if there's anything else I can do or can help anyone out. Don't let these frauds get away with this; let's do anything we can to make sure it doesn't happen to more people!
