A gentleman by the name of: scott jerrico called our home with an offer stating that i had passed the credit qualifications to recieve a visa card through them premium benefits with a $2500 limit and that the credit card was unsecured and specified that it was unsecured. Further more he imformed us that for the fee of $299. Oo our credit card would be processed and sent to us within three weeks so i allowed him access to my checking account.
The $299.00 was deducted on oct 10 by november 8 i was promised my credit card would be activated and i would have it in my possession. It is now march 15 and i have made at least 15 phone calls to 1-866-877-0779 a supposed customer service line and spoken to two or three people each phone call.
I was promised on feb 15 that i would be refunded $199.00 by march 10. So far i have to see nothing and now the customer service number is not being answered. So yes i am greatly upset and think something needs to be done.
It is to hard for honest hard working people to be ripped off. I want my money back and i would like to file charges on these dishonest people for putting me throught this i could have spent that money on something my wife or i need. I dont work hard and long hours for people such as them to come along and lie and steal from us. What is it going to take for the laws to do something about this. Its bad enough that they lied and stole from me but they are still in the process of doing so to other people.
