He will borrower money in what ever manner that fits the sititutation, could be Promissior note, Memorandums, or he will use a company (New Penny LTD). He will accuse others of not performing on a (the) deal and in true con fassion turn the fault back on the lender. This is how he makes his living, and not by his trade of a so called Architect. If you contacted by him it is best to just turn away, unless it to late, then you better get the authorites involved before he hits the road, cause you will not find or see him again.
