Dr. LaPrade,

I'm distributing a demand for you for help with an uncertain condition using the college that you simply represent, or linking me to a person who are able to aid me within an expeditious method. Our name is [redacted], and that I am a GCU scholar efficient June 8.

I've been billed for training which was not really a section of my registration contract, and my efforts to solve the problem inside the recommended stations has led nowhere. At every action on the way within this scenario, I had been educated the costs wouldn't happen. Once they did, I had been informed the costs could be corrected. It's currently happening towards the 6th week with no quality despite my recurring calls, and with no contact in the educational guidance division regarding improvement.

In November I enrolled with GCU to accomplish a masters plan in training management.in Winter 2010 I'd to signal a brand new registration contract to alter towards the four-credit development.in those days, I closed a contract which required two 2-credit internship courses.in October I had been informed that I'd need to take-two 4-credit internships, but that I'd not be billed for that minute. I had been reassured by Ryan Weeda, my next educational therapist this will be the situation on repeated events.

In April I had been billed for that next internship. Roughly 1200 bucks was deducted from my educational funding deal, making a stability of 760 pounds owed towards the college. I quickly approached Ryan Weeda, who advised me he might publish the problem to his supervisor for quality, which the cash could be returned. After fourteen days, I again approached the college to confirm the position. I had been informed that Ryan have been marketed, which Dan Medina, my next educational therapist, might aid me. John wasn't conscious of my problem, and that I needed to begin the procedure over. He questioned me to publish a problem type, that we did, which he'd forward this onto his supervisor.

After fourteen days I had been approached by Erin Ontko, who informed me that I'd a superb stability on my bill. Furious, I requested to become attached to John, and was informed that my educational therapist was Katherine Biesler (today my next therapist in annually 5), which John was assisting her balances while she was on holiday. Katherine informed me the demand have been authorized by her manager, but that motion needed acceptance from an unnamed local manager. Because this time around (a month in to the official procedure) I've had no quality or contact from Lorenzo Sanchez, the educational guidance supervisor. I'm today in my own sixth week, have finished all training and required transcripts that we am worried won't be delivered because of the excellent stability. It seems that GCU has created small concern solving this case or calling me.

I obtain that GCU recognition the authorized contract that I've caught using the college, which the 860 bucks combined with the 1200 bucks currently obtained be returned. I'm disappointed the college hasn't shown leadership or motion on my account, and therefore I'm cc’ing this mail towards the administrative management, combined with the Arizona State Board for Personal Post Secondary Schooling and consumerist.com seeking quality.

I really hope this motion may encourage the college to solve my scenario and consider proper motion to ensure that additional pupils don't endure.
