Did not get money

I had a need to use money and so I continued point, and jewelry online team required 99.49 out-of my banking account and that I required understand these were performing they trigger me to overdraw plus they since me a card without any money onto it they got my money and did not get me anything. I'm likely to reach regulation to obtain my money-back when they do not set it in my bill. Please provide me my money-back I want it.
