I demand help and in the place of redirecting me the selection division woman keeps stating "then when may I gather your cost". I get transferred to some man called david who subsequently inform me to "visit the financial institution and inform my branch to deliver the check for their department". Why cannot wellsfargo create the preparations within themselves?
