1) Unauthorized cost of $1.95 on near-of-company Friday, (providers logically unavailable on breaks) and transaction published about the evening following the end-of the payment day period (charge card document-backup of the declaration unavailable for 1 month).

2) Illegal company that charged a membership charge without authorization or understanding of this deal.
