I began speaking with Brad Scott two months ago. Things went fine, even to the point that his group signed an LOI for $6.5 mil USD.
He requested that an amount be put into escrow, and we did. Then he ceased all contact. Now our group is stuck holding the bag from this mess.
He needs to be stopped.
