Tax Experts was settled a $2500.00 between Jan-19 to June 20, to help having a duty problem. Once they received cost was informed with a Nicki Test (Tax Expert - 281-497-4226) that people had a need to collect all w 2is from prior companies, and prior tax filings and deliver them for their Tx office. Though we has some documentation, there is not anyhow to acquire "all" documentation. We advised Nikki that people believed which was Duty Experts' obligation. We repeatedly attempted to get hold of Duty Experts utilizing the identification number they designated, since nothing had been solved. We never could solve the duty issue through Duty Experts... They simply got the cash and did nothing.
