I hired National Credit Solutions to fix my credit. I called them and spoke to a sales lady named Rene Rose. She sold me their service. I was told I would see a great change in my credit report in a matter of weeks or a month. I gave her all the payment information. Ron reed the company director also called to welcome me and further sale me on their service. I waited a few weeks and during that time Rene called to ask for more money and a blank check signed by me. I asked for proof that the work was being done. You'll get it. I never did. They have never provided any proof what so ever. I called again and asked for proof. My calls were never returned. I got Rene on the phone and wanted to cancel. I wanted my money back. She told me she could not return my money, but a manager would call me within minutes. No call ever came. I called the owner Brad Boruk and left a message. He called me back and and left a long message on my voicemail. He told me he had more money than he knew what to do with. He said he would ruin me and my credit. He is screaming and yelling while leaving this message. He threatened me and told me he had all this money, power, ect. I asked for my $400.00 back. It HAS never been refunded. If he has so much money, why doesn't he refund my $400.00?? I was told how Godly and Christian these people are. How Moral and upstanding these people are. How they want to help you. I have been scammed by these people. I have been lied to over and over again by these people. I paid them the $400.00 and they refuse to refund the $400.00. They are not these upstanding Christian, moral people they claim to be. You do not want to do business with them. You will get screwed. They have a F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Brad used to be a used car salesman and when he is trying to get your money, he will tell you anything. Then Ron and Rene keep the scam going. A lot of frustration and a complete rip off!!
